Picked in the early hours of the morning to take advantage of the coolest part of the day and preserve all their aromatic potential, the grapes that go into this blend are cultivated and vinified with a minimum of intervention.
Direct pressing, Cold settling. Slow fermentation at controlled temperatures of around 18°C for 12 to 15 days.
Aged on lees with regular stirring.
